New Hampshire is in an enviable spot.  It is the freest state in the nation, according to the Cato Institute, and the most economically free state or province in North America, per the Fraser Institute.  Moreover, thanks to positive policy changes at the state level in recent years, the Granite State holds the highest scores ever given in both of these indexes. 

 While all of these factors are great, the public often struggles connecting the policy changes in Concord with the enhanced prosperity that is spreading across the state.  While public polling represents a mirror image of the right track/wrong track between how Granite Starters feel about their state versus their view of the nation and the Governor and the state legislators have high approval ratings, there is still a lack of connection between the policies that have driven growth and understanding of why New Hampshire is thriving.
